We work primarily with the nonprofit, philanthropic and public sectors, in French and English. We offer a wide variety of services and training opportunities to organizations and individuals. 

We help organizations tackle problems that feel overwhelming. This includes topics like team well-being, structures and decision making, equity audits, and strategic planning. Regardless of the topic, this kind of work usually looks like supporting your organization in:

Coaching

Our coaching services empower individuals to become the leaders they want to be.

Training

We offer training on a variety of topics related to human relationships in the workplace, including equity, diversity and inclusion, conflict resolution, governance, and group dynamics.

The Lewis Deep Democracy method provides insights into group dynamics and conflict, along with practical tools for managing tension and disagreement. Saltwater offers open enrolment courses and ones tailored for your team.
